Exceptional customer service! This is my second time at WEINS Collision Repair Centre and both times I was serviced by Kevin Zaman. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. Kevin brought my car in and got the team to check my Lexus CT200H and within 15 minutes, they already found the issue and set up a rental company to come pick me up. Both times, Kevin and the team at WEINS Collision Repair Centre exceeded my expectations and returned my car as good as new. Thanks guys!

I just picked up my vehicle after having a repair done at Weins Canada’s WEINS Collision Repair Centre (7537 Woodbine Avenue) location. The quality of work is top notch and they really look after you. I have visited several body shops over my many years of driving and this experience has by far been the BEST! Can’t say enough good things about this place! Victoria and the team are fantastic! All of them an absolute pleasure to deal with. Victoria took the time to thoroughly explain things, was very detailed and professional. You can tell the facility is well managed and has the right people working there. Everyone I dealt with whether on the phone or in person was awesome! I highly recommend the repair facility at 7537 Woodbine Avenue (Markham location) should you require any work done. Trust me you will not be disappointed.

Excellent customer service ! I was hit recently in one of the storms and needed some repairs to my car. Jason L. and the team at WEINS Collision Repair Centre (John St. Thornhill) really helped take care of everything, from getting estimates and approvals, working closely with my insurance company, arranging for rental and pick up, and making all the repairs. They completed repairs quickly and the work was done to a very high quality standard. My car looks new again and no sign of any of the damages. All Toyota parts, high quality repairs, the work is warrantied, and really terrific customer service. I am so pleased with the work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their staff for repairs.
